What are the e-ticket booking hours?
e-ticket booking / cancellation timings are 00:30 To 23:30 IST.
How many days before can I reserve e-ticket?
You can reserve your e-ticket through internet before one month from expected journey date (excluding date of journey). Seat reservation booking facility will be closed before one hour on proposed journey date and schedule departure time of bus service or up to the time of printing of reservation chart, which ever is earlier.
How many trips are available for e-ticket booking?
Bus services departing from Bus stations situated at Nagpur, Amravati, Aurangabad, Nashik, Pune, Mumbai, Thane and Pandharpur are available for e-ticket booking. At present 2383 trips are available for e-booking, out of which 850 trips are Long Distance, 1283 are Medium Long Distance & 250 are Short Distance trips. In near future, approximately 10,000 trips departing from 327 important bus stations will be made available for e-ticketing.
I have successfully registered my User Id and Password but I have not received e- mail from your system for activation, what can I do?
Please go to the login screen and select "forgot password" button and enter your e-mail Id. After successful submission of e-mail id, system will be sent activation mail to your e-mail id. Please open your e-mail id and activate your account.
I have successfully registered my User Id and Password but I could not use the same for login, what can I do?
After successful registration, you will receive a mail in your registered email account. After opening the mail you have to click on "Click here" link to activate your e-ticketing account.
I could not register my User Id, so what can I do?
On registration screen, few fields are mandatory. Please check the information filled properly before proceeding for registration. Please ensure that, only alphabets A to Z or numbers 0 to 9 are used in upper case or lower case while generating user Id and password.
